The holding company, Symphony House Berhad, was successfully listed on the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Securities Exchange (then known as the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange) on 14 February 2003 and two years later, leapt-frog to the Main Board of the Bursa Securities exchange on 1 September 2005. Symphony House Berhad was ranked 5th in the Corporate Governance Survey 2007 carried out by the Minority Shareholder Watchdog Group (MSWG) in collaboration with Nottingham University Business School. Symphony House was then taken private by the management led by the founder, Tan Sri Azman Yahya and Dato’ Abdul Hamid Sh Mohamed via Stone Equity Sdn Bhd on 16 December 2015.

ESOS (Employee Share Option Scheme)

Our web-based ESOS solution allows the client to manage employee share option allocations in an effective and real-time manner. ESS (Employee Self Service)
ESS is a web tool integrated into the HRS suite of services. It is secure and protected by password to ensure each authorized user accesses via a unique pin ID.
